How to consume Wheatgrass POWDER?

For healthy person:

  • Mix 3gms. / 1 sachet of powder in about 275 ml. of lukewarm water and drink on an empty stomach.
  • You may add 1tbsp of honey to enhance its taste.
  • Avoid food for at least 1/2hr before or after the drink.

This is safe for children above 1 year, the elderly, infirm, women trying to conceive, during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
For person with minor health issues:

  • Follow same process as that in healthy person, but later gradually increase to twice a day for about 90 days.
  • If you are feeling uneasy, just increase the amount of water intake throughout the day.

For person who wants to lose some extra weights:

  • 3 gms of powder with water 1 hour before lunch and dinner.
  • Don’t forget to do some mild exercises in the morning. Brisk walking, Light running, Stretching, Swimming is highly recommended.
